Rescheduling your appointment is available up to 12 hours prior to your appointment (depending on availability). Request to cancel your appointment must be made 24 hours in advance for a full refund. To honor my time and other clients, If you are late for your appointment, I can not make it up on the end of your appointment. If you are late or reach out after your scheduled appointment time to reschedule your appointment, you will need to rebook for another time. There are NO REFUNDS for missed appointments.
